Hi, I'm Claribel.

Welcome — I'm so glad you're here. Heart Yoga is a space I built with a lot of love, and getting to be part of the village that helps raise your child is something I do not take lightly.

I believe it takes a village to raise strong, capable, and resilient humans. I am honored to be one of the people in yours. Every child who walks through our door is met with intention, warmth, and the deep conviction that they are already enough — and that they are only just getting started.

What your child is actually practicing

Classes are built on movement, breath, creative expression, and play, with a consistent structure your child can count on week to week. Nobody performs and nobody competes.

I keep the language plain so the practice is usable outside the room. Be gentle with others and with yourself. You are enough as you are. Stay with the hard thing, because you get stronger in the wobble. Your breath is always with you, and one long breath out is always available.

Be gentle with others and with yourself.
You are enough as you are.
Stay with the hard thing — you get stronger in the wobble.
Your breath is always with you.

Your child belongs here

Your child does not need experience or flexibility, and does not need to be the calm kind of kid. Loud, wiggly, and shy all work here.

You're welcome to come see the space, watch a class, and ask me anything about my training before you enroll. I'd rather you ask.
